Could you go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\All Categories" and run the Program Compatibility troubleshooter and select Adobe AIR. The logs you have provided above list both Windows 10 and Windows 8. Are the logs from one machine. Could you please delete the existing log and then try installation after running the above utility. Have you upgraded your machine from win8 to win10?
If the issue is not resolved we recommend to have a connect session so that we can look into the issue on your machine. For the same please suggest a suitable time and your time zone.
