I've tried several solutions to this online and it's just not working. I have Windows. Downloaded Adobe Air because I needed it for another program to work. Had trouble with that program and was told to uninstall that and Adobe Air. Well, I can uninstall the apps that require Adobe Air, but not Adobe Air itself. It comes up with an error message that says I have to contact the administrator. Well, the Administrator is me and there are no other accounts. I even tried the one method where I set the User Account Controls to "not to notify me" and then restarted the computer. That didn't work. I tried running the Command Prompt as admin and typed in the command I found online but it says it can't find it as an internal or external program. I really don't know what to do and I'm not computer savvy enough to go digging into my hard drive. Please help!
