"Error: Adobe AIR is not installed" from air.swf but it was already installed

Hi,

I am using the "Adobe AIR Application Install Badge" method to kick start my application. during this week, when I start it again, it always prompt for "Adobe AIR is not installed". But I already installed the latest version v27. After step the debugger, I found that the air.swf - airSWF.getStatus(); always return "available", even v27 was already installed. Can anyone help ?
