Hi everyone! I helped create an app back in 2010-2014 that runs on Adobe Air. My client is having issues installing the program, we get the following error both on Macs and PCs (see attached). I've tried multiple copies of the app, so I really don't think the installer is damaged, as the error suggests.
I thought about "Run as Admin" on the Windows side, but I do not get that option when I right-click on the application.
I un-installed the current version of Adobe Air, and installed the older version, from when the app was created, and still get the same error.
Any idea why we're getting this?
