i have an install an air application on galaxy tab 2 and galaxy tab 3, but at start, it's very slower with the tab 3, 11 second more.
I publish with 3.8 and i test with 3.9 beta but i have the same elaps time, fast with tab 2 and slow with tab 3.
I download a free air app on google play and it's the same case.
If anyone have an idea, i take !
