Main issue: Muse does not install.
Anything else in creative cloud seems to install and update as it should.
I have had contact both phone and chat with Muse team experts who transfered me
onto Creative cloud team experts who sent me back again.
I have also been suggested to get in contact with Adobe Air team.
(Something the switchboardperson sayed didn't exist. I am getting a bit.... fatigued....)
When I was suggested (for a few days ago from adobe staff) to try to uninstall adobe air, it just didn´t work.
Message came up suggesting I may not have the administrative authorization for this action.
( I am the administrator and have full access rights)
I tried to start a new administrative user account with new password, and there tried to uninstall Air.
Same status as earlier.
I have also, before all this, uninstalled and reinstalled all adobe apps including the Creative Cloud installation manager.
(Succeeding with all except the stubborn little Air app.)
And even used the creative cloud cleaner tool in between.
No difference.
Muse is not possible to install. I get an errorcode: 255.
Adobe Air is not possible to uninstall or reinstall.
I don´t know what to do. Please help.
