I had this same problem (I thought all hope was lost) and just solved it by completely uninstalling adobe air. Installing an older version of Air from here http://helpx.adobe.com/air/kb/archived-air-sdk-version.html - When the old air asks if you want to upgrade to latest version click yes and allow the upgrade- then install Market Samurai. It worked for me. Good Luck
