premiere download
i recently downloaded the premiere pro cs6 and once the download was completed it just stated that it was up to date but i never recieved the app. can anyone help me to try to get the software on my computer. I have called customer service but they havent been any help everyone i talk to always transfer me to someone different.

Running AIR application on Windows Server 2008 - how to?
I am using one of the Amazon Web Service EC2 virtual server, running an instance of Windows Server 2008 R2.
When I connect to the server using the virtual desktop I can install Adobe AIR and my .air app.
I can also run a projector file (.exe) which has the Flash Player included.
When I configured the server and called a file using a web browser URL the server does not run the file, the browser downloads the file to my desktop.
Could someone point me in the right direction here. How can I make the server run the application?

Solution for "The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged"
You need to install a certificate in order for Windows to allow the Setup to run.
The needed certificate is shown in Event Viewer.
For me the certificate was located at
It was valid until 2037
(Before installing a certificate, you should check it to see if it belongs to the real, trusted issuer.)
If you get an installation error because of a certificate, Event Viewer will show you what certificate is needed.
After you get the installation error, open the windows Event viewer from the start menu - type eventvwr.msc or eventvwr.exe
Navigate to the tab: Event Viewer (Loca) > Windows Logs > Application
Right-click the Application entry and choose "Clear Log..." before running the Adobe Set-up.exe in order to clear the event list of previous errors.
Run Set-up.exe and wait for the error message: "The installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged..."
Check the Application tab of the Event Viewer and see what certificate is needed - it will give you a web link to the certificate.
If you are connected to the internet and the setup doesn't install the certificate automatically, install it manually:
Open Internet Explorer and go the web link printed in the Error message of the Event Viewer, for example:
Save the .crt file, right click on it and choose "Install Certificate".
Click next.
Choose "Place all certificates in the following store"
Click Browse
Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities
Click Nest and Finish.
After all the needed certificates are installed, run the Adobe "Set-up.exe again, and it should work.

Hi I have an iMac sierra with internal hd failure, so for the moment I'm using an external hd. That said I can not install the trial version of Photoshop, since it gives me error 22 (the installation in case-sensitive volumes is not supported ,,, select a different volume). I then tried to install on other external hd but always the same error, I also formatted a new hd with different alternatives but it was a failure, what other alternatives do I have?

Hi,
You were able to install the application by resetting your system date as the application's certificate is no more valid. We recommend you to contact the application developer to re-package the application with a new certificate.

Но приложение, которое требовало наличие Adobe Air при запуске написало:"Для работы данного приложения требуется версия Adobe Air, которую не удается найти. Загрузите последнюю версию среды выполнения с сайта http://www.adobe.com/go/getair_ruили обратитесь к автору приложения за обновленной версией". Я решила удалить установленное Adobe Air и переустановить его. Но при удалении через "Панель управления-Программы-Удаление программ" в Windows7 Professional вновь появляется окно с надписью:"Для работы данного приложения требуется версия Adobe Air, которую не удается найти. Загрузите последнюю версию среды выполнения с сайта http://www.adobe.com/go/getair_ruили обратитесь к автору приложения за обновленной версией". И Adobe Air не удаляется таким способом. Похоже, что Adobe Air устанавливается изначально не корректно. Помогите это исправить и установить Adobe Air.

adobe air v30.0.0107 says invalid win32 application windows XP.
I have adobe air v29.0.0112 installed on windows xp sp3 with patches; however, the latest version v30.0.0107 when downloaded and installed states that it isn't a valid win32 application. Need a fix so Avast or the user doing the install manually will work.

Adobe Air for Windows Vista
I have a friend who needs a version of Adobe Air for Windows Vista. He has a financial bond program one his 11 year old Dell Laptop. So far I have not been able to convince him to upgarde the Laptop and re-enter his data. So my question is what is the version of Adobe Air that is capatible with Vista and where can I download it? All my gear is Windows 10 and my System tools aren't any help because I stopped supporting XP, ME and Vista six years ago.
